For our ninth release, we’re proud to collaborate with Consolation Wines. Their grapes were sourced from the very best vines, picked at perfect ripeness and health. Limited yield and hand-crafted with respect for nature, terroir and year.
The grapes were fermented and aged together in one small oak barrel for six months. In 2016 we started this cuvee as an experimental, very light oak aged rose but we ended up with a fresh, creamy and complex blanc de noir. So, for the 2017 vintage we just did the same.
