For our tenth release, we’re proud to collaborate with Consolation Wines. Their grapes are sourced from the very best vines, picked at perfect ripeness and health. Handcrafted with respect for nature, terroir and year.
All grape varieties were barrel fermented with lees stirring. After 6 months in the barrel, the wine was blended by The Bottle Room. The result is a powerful, complex and expressive wine with aromas of candied pineapple, honey, quince, wild herbs and toasty oak.
