The Bottle Room 08

For our eight release, we’re proud to collaborate with consolation wines. These grapes where sourced from 80-year-old vines, picked at perfect ripeness and health. Limited yield and hand-crafted with respect for nature, terroir and year.

The grapes where hand-sorted, crushed, fermented with 12% stems and stayed on the skins for a month. Afterwards it is aged in a one-year-old barrel for 18 months. Syrahcha is a very concentrated, peppery style syrah with loads of spices, black fruits, a vegetal edge and a great length.
