The Bottle Room 11

For our eleventh release, we’re proud to collaborate with Consolation Wines. Their grapes are sourced from the very best vines, picked at perfect ripeness and health. Handcrafted with respect for nature, terroir and year.

This is a single barrel bottling, fermented in oak with regular lees stirring. After 6 months in the barrel, the old vine Roussanne was ready for bottling. It is a powerful, balanced and complex wine with flavours of ripe stone fruits, honeysuckle, roasted hazelnuts and toasty oak.
